Perovskite material is an excellent photoelectric material. In addition to its application in solar cells, it has also begun to show great potential in the field of photodetectors. Photodetector refers to a type of electronic device that can convert optical signals into electrical signals. Perovskite is currently mainly used in the light-sensitive layer of wide-spectrum photodetectors in the visible band. In addition to the superior photoelectric performance, the perovskite material is also superior to the traditional process in the preparation process. The perovskite material uses a spin coating method, and the preparation process is simpler, more economical, and applicable to the preparation of large-area devices than traditional crystalline silicon detectors. At the same time, the preparation of perovskite thin film can be a low temperature process, which is friendly to flexible substrates and can be used as a preparation for a new generation of flexible detectors.
