Relying on the development and construction of the micro-nano system center platform of Fudan University, the research group has a total value of more than 10 million yuan in equipments, which can meet a full range of preparation and testing in major research areas (solar cells, field effect transistors, photodetectors, etc.). The laboratory equipment is mainly divided into types of material preparation facilities, material evaporation systems and photoelectric characterization systems. The material processing and preparation facility has 4 sets of oxygen-free glove box system, inkjet printing system, heating spin coating system, large water bath equipment, etc., used for the preparation of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite film and single crystal. The material evaporation system currently has a fully imported Kurt Lesker automatic thermal evaporation system, and a domestic Huiyu thermal evaporation system to vaporize metal electrodes and various organic sources. The photoelectric test characterization equipment includes Pro-x desktop scanning electron microscope, PL test system, thin film absorption line test system, Agilent B1500 semiconductor analyzer, quantum yield (PLQY) test system, Lake Shore probe station, etc. for optical and electrical testing.
