Perovskite single crystal has great potential in the study of perovskite properties and photovoltaic and optoelectronic applications due to its advantages of less structural defects and high purity. Common single crystal synthesis methods include cooling crystallization method, inverse temperature crystallization method, anti-solvent diffusion crystallization method, etc. These different synthesis methods are based on the change of solubility. At present, the laboratory already has a complete set of single crystal growth equipment, and mastered the synthesis method of three-dimensional and two-dimensional single crystal.
